Each coach answers from their own on-chain persona. A separate synthesizer node behind the Gensyn AXL P2P mesh combines the replies into a single actionable verdict and returns it through the same encrypted channel.

Gensyn AXL

Two AXL nodes, ed25519 peer ids, message routed over Yggdrasil + gVisor TCP. The synthesis hop is provably off-process.

Council requires a local AXL mesh

Convene runs two AXL node binaries that talk over an encrypted peer mesh. Those binaries live on the developer's machine, so this page cannot reach them from a deployed URL. To try it yourself, clone the repo and run pnpm council:up before opening localhost:3000/council.

The marketplace, profile, chat, and intelligence panels all work against the live deployment as expected · only Council needs the local mesh.
